For families seeking additional flexibility, we offer the following extended care options at an additional charge at Bellevue Campus:
(only for half day and school day programs)

Tuition Payment Plans

Tuition is due regardless of absences or school closures

The application fee of $250 is due upon submitting the application form.
Deposit for 2025-2026 (non-refundable)
A deposit must be paid within 21 days of receipt of student enrollment packet. This payment will be applied toward the June 2026 tuition.

Annual Tuition Made in One Payment
Sibling Discount
Tuition is a yearly fee, payable in 10 monthly installments. A deposit must be paid within 21 days of receipt of student enrollment packet. The remaining 9 monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month, from September 1, 2025, through May 1, 2026.
Please note that all additional services, such as early drop-off and late pick-up, must be selected at the time of enrollment. These services will be billed along with the regular program fees and will remain at the same rate throughout the entire year.
Tuition is payable at one time and includes all tuition costs at the time of enrollment. Annual tuition made in one payment receives a 3% tuition reduction.
The lower tuition of two siblings enrolled together will be reduced by 3%.
Discount reimbursement
All discounts will be applied as credits once the initial deposit and first tuition payment for the school year have been made.
*Tuition is due on the first day of the month. All payments are made through Brightwheel. A late payment fee of $40 per month is assessed after the 5th day of each month. If tuition and fees are not paid within 7 school days, attendance will be suspended until payment is current. Tuition is for the academic school year only. Tuition is based on the academic school year and vacation days are taken into consideration. Tuition does not include winter break, spring break, holidays, or summer school. For Dawn to Dusk children, tuition payments will be applied to childcare on Teacher Professional Days, and Parent/Teacher Collaboration days. All tuition payments are non-refundable.

Fill Out the Application Form
Complete and submit the application form.
Pay the Application Fee
After submitting the application form, you will be invoiced for the application fee.
Application Review & Acceptance
Once your application and fee are received, we will review your details and send you an acceptance confirmation.
Receive Enrollment Packet & Invoice
Upon acceptance, you will receive an enrollment packet and an invoice for the deposit.
Deposit Payment
To reserve your child's spot, please pay the deposit and submit the completed enrollment packet within 21 days of receipt.
Confirmation of Spot
We will confirm your child's spot once the deposit is successfully paid and the enrollment packet is complete within the specified time frame.
