Anca Cimpueru
About me
Early Childhood Teacher

Anca is a dedicated Montessori educator with a rich background in language, education, and early childhood development. She holds a Master’s Degree in English Grammar (2011) and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and German Language and Literature (2009) from the University of Craiova in Romania.

Her professional training includes Teacher Training Level 1 and 2 in Romania, focused on psychology, teaching methodologies, curriculum design, and lesson planning, as well as the STARS Training Program in Washington State for early childhood care. She is also a certified Early Childhood Montessori teacher, bringing the Montessori philosophy and methods into her daily practice with children.

Over the years, Anca has worn many hats—educator, entrepreneur, and community builder. She founded and managed a children’s club in Romania, where she organized enrichment activities and language lessons for families. She later established and directed a Kindergarten in Craiova, overseeing a program of 50 children and leading a team of teachers, while also teaching English in the school’s after-care program.

Since moving to the U.S., Anca has taught at both our Bellevue and Kirkland campuses, where she has guided children with warmth, patience, and a deep respect for their independence. Parents and children alike appreciate her ability to nurture curiosity, foster cultural awareness, and create an environment where every child feels seen and supported.

With her strong academic foundation, diverse international experiences, and Montessori certification, Anca brings a unique blend of knowledge, creativity, and passion to our community. She is excited to continue inspiring young learners as they grow, explore, and thrive.
